Yoga for The People
YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE is an informal class designed to bring yoga to all shapes, sizes and abilities with a goal of providing support, alternative strategies, and encouragement in a fun and eclectic class setting. Our focus is on improving health and focus. This is a great opportunity to try yoga for the first time in a judgement-free zone, or to try the pose extensions offered to those who prefer the challenge.
Each three-week session is $18 for all three classes.
Session 1: Tuesdays: Nov 5-19
Session 2: Tuesdays: Dec 3-17
Class Times: 4:00-5:00pm and 5:15-6:15pm
Location: McLain School on the 3rd Floor at 28 Lincoln Street, Rockland.
Parent-Baby Yoga Movement Class
There will be a little yoga flow for the parent (or grandparent, or aunt, or childcare provider), along with songs and movement with your baby. This class welcomes beginners! Knowledgeable instructor, Jessica Shepard, provides an easy-breezy atmosphere and will be open and flexible to all participant needs.
Each three-week session is $25 for all three weeks.
Session 1: Wednesdays, Nov 6-20
Session 2: Wednesdays, Dec 4-18
Time: 9:30-10:15am
Location: McLain School, 3rd Floor at 28 Lincoln Street, Rockland.
Parent-Toddler Yoga Movement Class
There will be a little yoga flow for the parent (or grandparent, or aunt, or childcare provider); a little storytelling, song and movement with your toddler; and a little time to say hello to other tot-managers. This class welcomes beginners!
Each three-week session is $25 for all three weeks.
