YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE with instructor, Jessica Shepard! Look who’s back, back again…this informal class is designed to bring yoga to all shapes, sizes and abilities with a goal of providing support, alternative strategies, and encouragement in a fun and eclectic class setting. Our focus is on improving health, focus, and positivity through yoga. This is a great opportunity to try yoga for the first time in a judgement-free zone, or to try the pose extensions offered to those who prefer the challenge. Mats available for use, or you're welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing, no specialized yoga gear required.
Each session of YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE will run for just 3 weeks at a discounted rate of $18 for all three classes! There will be two classes running back to back on Tuesdays to accommodate folks with an earlier start-time in mind and one class on Thursdays. Registration is not available for individual dates, and no additional discounts apply. Sign up, tell your friends, try it out, and give us your feedback!
