September 2020 —

It's that time of year again!

Dear Friends,
Pumpkin spice, crisp morning air, and the first hints of fall foliage–it must be time to get back-to-school.

This year is a bit different (2020 am I right?), but we’re ready to roll and enroll students in our academic programs. Check out fall semester details below, or give us a call at 594-9764 for more info. Don’t forget that Caitlin is available to help you explore new career options and training programs in the area, conduct an interest inventory, research job options, and make a plan for your next steps. College and Career Advising is a free service that you can register for here.

Brenda, Caitlin, Callie, Christy, Elizabeth, and Peg are all ready to meet and greet you by phone, zoom, or for a pre-scheduled appointment at the McLain Building. We look forward to working with you again this fall. Welcome Back!

Fall semester begins on September 8th

Congratulations to our new HiSET graduate, Elizabeth Toussaint.

Elizabeth completed her final HiSET test in August and has transitioned into the Maine College and Career Access program with RSU 13 Adult Education. This will enable her to utilize our free college preparation services like academic tutoring, college and career advising, placement test prep, financial aid and application assistance, technology skills for remote college learning and more!

Got Technology?

Don’t let a lack of technology block your way to academic success!  We’ll work with you individually to build your digital literacy skills, including the use of Zoom for video conference classes for yourself, or to support your K-12 student in distance learning.

Our Learning Center has laptops and Chromebooks available for loan to enrolled academic students with active attendance. Check in with Caitlin during your fall intake appointment to see what devices may be available to meet your needs.
